I’ve been a loyal customer for over a decade and find the entire team at Classic Mouldings to be knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and reliable. Dealing with Mike and Karen at the front is always a pleasure, and I really appreciate the level of humour used in business operations including the business cards and signage out front facing 41 ave. I often find myself looking forward to driving by and seeing if there is a new quote on their billboard. Keep it up guys!

I have been a long time customer of Classic and I have had nothing but good experiences in the quality of product and the professionalism of all the staff that I have dealt with. This business card talk is nonsense, what is the problem with someone having a little fun and showing some character? There is nothing offensive about the card, just good fun, to me that's a breath of fresh air these days. My business will continue to be with Classic due to the service and product I receive from them, which is always great.

Great company to deal with. It’s always a pleasure to walk in and see Karen sitting at the front desk. She’s extremely knowledgeable and helps you right away, it was very smart to make her the first point of contact for the company.

I have being dealing with Classic for the better part of 8 years which has in turn benefited my company greatly. The level of professionalism, quality of materials and timely manner each and every job is delivered has been unparalleled. Reading some of these negative reviews makes me wonder why people are so fast to overlook the business aspect of a company now adays for some glamorized dream that they are always right no matter what. I try and put myself in Karen's shoes each time I am in and listen to some of the crazy requests people ask of her and this company and how she keeps her composure so well. The way she handles even the most ridiculous clients is among the many reasons I will be a lifelong client. They get it here. Thanks for all the great years and look forward to many more.

I was in yesterday April 4/2018 for the first time, very impressed with the showroom. Spoke with Karen at the front desk about some questions I had. Before I left, I picked up one of her business cards with the intent of getting more information and pricing. This is unit I looked at the card when I got home and it said "Karen Jervis Queen Of The Castle". I was in complete shock, what kind of company allows this kind of unprofessional behavior? In short I will not be returning nor will I recommend this company to anyone. If they can't be professional with their business cards, I can only assume the childless will continue in any potential future dealings! Karen you should be ashamed handing out cards like this, along with upper management to allow this inappropriate and child like behavior. Despicable!
