We purchased some doors and worked with Terry. Our experience was extremely positive as Terry help us through the entire process. Due to some incorrect measurement on my part, we had to exchange some of the items we ordered and again Terry was very helpful. Great customer service! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Watch out!!! 25% Restocking fee even if it's something they keep inventory of.. Charged me a $250 Restocking fee on a $1000 dollar order of about 10 doors that was out of the shop less then a day and didn't even move from the pallet it was loaded on... Never in the history of working with any lumber yard had them initiate a restocking fee on anything except a special order, an order that was out of the shop for 30 days, and a large order. You just lost about $100,000 dollars a year in materials orders due to your terrible policy and inability to negotiate. Will take my business somewhere else.....

Recently purchased 14 MDF doors. These doors were more expensive than similar doors at HD, but after Terry in sales explained that they were a higher quality door, I went ahead and placed the order. After a timely delivery, I noticed that the heads were cracked on every single door! Ernie from Alpine came out to my home the same day I brought this to their attention. He explained that this was most likely the result of rough transportation in their delivery truck. He filled the split MDF and sprayed over with Killz. Aesthetically the doors looked fine after he covered the cracks. However, structurally - I had cracked joints at the top of every door. I needed an additional door that i picked up with my own vehicle a week later. This door was not cracked, but while I was standing on their loading dock I noticed other MDF doors with the same cracked heads. There is definitely a production issue that they are aware of but not being honest about. Too bad because their service was great orherwise.
