Best construction project experience we have ever had. Right from our initial phone contact with Mike ( Asst Mgr) it was clear these guys knew their stuff. Everything was completed faster than we expected and under budget! Total project time from our first estimate until completion of constuction was eight days. Every person we worked with, including Mike, the instore staff, the delivery driver, Johnny, to the fantastic install crew of Ken and Chris, was friendly, professional, courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Windsor Plywood had plenty of inventory on site, so no delays obtaining materials. Some were on sale, and that helped with our budget. Mike’s construction experience ensured that the estimate was accurate and all materials we needed were sourced and delivered well before construction. When we requested some specialty lights after construction began, Mike scrambled to get what we needed without delaying any of the work. I can’t say enough about the skill and professionalism of Ken and Chris. They were always on time, they worked hard, cleaned up each day , and most importantly, did a fantastic job on the project. Such nice guys too. Our house has never looked better! We highly recommend this Windsor franchise and will definitely be returning when we undertake our next renovation.
