Curtis is very helpful every time I call, and very quick to come back with an answer for me. Dean and Dave are also very helpful!

They have enough of variety in lumber. Great place to shop if you are in construction business or renovating your home.

I spoke to Mclean Lumber about supplying materials on our projects. Ron is professional and quick to respond by email.

After talking to both a sales guy and the gm, I paid a roughly 40% premium to buy tru-dry (rf dried) douglas fir beams for some work i am doing. These were 'supposed to be' very straight, highly dry timbers (15% or less moisture). But several of the large timbers I received were twisted and/or bowed and in a stack of 8x8s, many of the heaviest weighed twice as much as the lightest indicating huge discrepancies in dryness. A number were also visibly weeping sap. Although they offered to refund my money on return of beams, the timeline for my project did not allow this and I have had to work around the problems. I was very disappointed and would not recommend buying this product from this company.
