Check-in was very easy and the cashiers there were very welcoming and polite. I make it my favorite shopping store!

We bought JW sliding glass doors through Mann’s for $3500 the screen doors didn’t fit and the side of both sliders kept falling off and the lock was jiggly. We called for service on all 3 items in June of 2018 we’ve yet to have any service. Since then those side pieces have fallen off the doors, lock broke and we still don’t have the screens installed. It is seriously a joke. I’ve spoken to no less than 5 different people only to be told they can’t find my paperwork. I am now dealing with someone who at least returns my calls, but still no service as of yet March 2019. 👎🏼 The doors are absolute garbage and we spent a ridiculous amount of money on them and they are literally being held with scotch tape with a broke lock hanging in a brand new house 🙄.

I have a timeline to get my flooring finished before we paint. One of the sales guys came out and took 2 hours from my day to measure the project. He said he would send me the price for the project same day or no later then the next day. It’s been 4 days and still no estimate. Not sure why I have to chase a company down to give them my business. Plenty of other flooring companies I can go to. Waste of time.
