When buying appliances, most people think of buying at the big box stores. Recently my wife and I wanted a new GE induction range, which has been in short supply due to the chip shortages. Calling local retailers listed on GE’s website, Western Forest Products had a great price and their delivery time wasn’t any different than the other stores. After placing our order, Ron kept us updated on the delivery status, which GE was constantly changing. In the end, the actual delivery date was very close to the date Ron had originally quoted. Matt, the Western Forest Products delivery guy, was friendly and went above and beyond for us. As further testament to Western Forest’s commitment to service, after delivery we filed a rebate with GE, and GE denied our rebate. Ron stepped in to help by contacting GE to make sure we receive our rebate. We will definitely use Western Forest Products for future appliance purchases.

Went to three or four big box stores looking for a new Portable Dishwasher and was told from everyone it would be 2 weeks before they could get one in. I called on Ron at WFP and got one the same day. Talk about service!

I can't imagine what kind of mood Mike M was in when he visited 4 years ago, but WFP is top notch, with great staff, selection and service. It's local and caters towards the builder rather than the casual handyman. Sure, it isn't the prettiest place to visit, but you're not here for the view; a little dust, dirt and dishevelment means they're concentrating on product, not presentation. I rather go here than the blue and orange places, the two-by might be pricier, but it's straight and higher grade.

Great selection of structural lumber. If they don’t have It, they can get it fast. Continually been the most competitive at bid time. It’s nice they don’t have a huge office building with a bunch of overhead. Even nicer the savings is passed on to the consumer. Super friendly and knowledgeable.

Best in the business. Affordable products, honest employees, skilled delivery drivers and extremely flexible office staff. Also a fantastic previous employer.
