Neighbor wanted to redo the fence between our properties because it was over 20 years old and needed it bad. I didn't get back to him in time before he paid the deposit to VV industries with two of my own quotes which were ~$800 cheaper (and included garbage removal) for the same thing so this is who we hired. A fence is a fence, it's not rocket science but we were both too busy to do it ourselves. Right at the start of the job we wanted to add a small 6 ft piece of fence to the project and was told that was no problem and was promised a quote and call back that never came. The guys finished installing the fence and my neighbor was given the invoice for the remaining amount at the end of the week and come Monday morning this business was already calling him asking where the rest of the payment was. I don't think expecting payment after 1/2 business days after the job is done necessitates a call looking for cash. Slow down, obviously what we wanted wasn't a priority so what you want isn't either, it goes both ways. You get one star for the actual fence being installed but lose four for how you run your business. I'll watch a YouTube video and take a day off work and replace the other 2/3 of the fence myself before I hire them again

Valleyview built and installed the pergola, fence and tables here at Red Beard. They have all stood up well to intense commercial use, the elements, and still look beautiful years on - and likely for many years to come.
