Brian the delivery guy was just fantastic. We had unexpected delays with the crane to get the Brunsell job materials lifted to the fifth floor roof, and Brian helped every way possible- super accomodating- thank you for helping with this stressful situation.

Brunsell provided the windows, doors, and millwork for our new home build. Their customer service is excellent and they are very responsive to any issues we encountered. Only downside is price - they are a bit more expensive than comparable products at big-box stores. Overall, i would recommend them for larger jobs where customer service and selection is more important than price. 5 stars on experience. 3 stars on price. Settled on 4 overall.

I want to personally thank Amanda for the wonderful customer service she has provided me each and every time - half a dozen at least! - I've dropped in with questions about new doors, windows and even trim. Getting through a major remodel is amazingly stressful, but Amanda and the staff at Brunsell are patient and informative. Their product knowledge has helped me make decisions and the education I've received from them is priceless!! Thank You!

Service was acceptable, but the prices for the materials I ordered were ridiculous. I needed 1/4" walnut veneer plywood and about 25 bd/ft of walnut for some custom cabinets. I was charged over $110 for a 4' x 8' sheet of mdf core walnut ply and $10+ a bd/ft for walnut. I know walnut prices are high right now but these prices are just unacceptable. I wanted to order from another company for $54 but they had a 2-3 week delivery time for the plywood and my costumer told me price wasn't a concern. I buy walnut from a few places for less than $3.50 a bd/ft for select or better but I would have had to wait for delivery. I will never buy from Brunsell again.
