Chad is always extremely helpful on interior trim and doors!

My builder goes through this company for my door selections! Mistake! Their sales men work out of Liberty office, you make appointments for them to meet you at the Fairfax office. Almost done with house and never met my salesman! They had no idea what is in my allowance in selections! So I had to make 5 trips to their shop from Blue Springs for basic choices that should have taken one trip They hand me a door handle brochure and said these are in your allowance pick one . We make the decisions for installation and the builder wants $1,300 for overages. Just for door handles. Their front door selections were poor, they would not give us a price until they spoke with the builder on each selection, so we had no idea if they were in our allowance or not! So we make another trip! Selected back double door! They gave us a price for the door but had no idea how much over allowance it was! Until we got the bill after it was installed. Got tired of the runaround and went to Earthwoods in NKC. They are outstanding/ one on one sit down service. And have the best selection in Mo/ KS for amazing front doors, in 8 ft tall selections with sidelites. But it gets even better!!!!!! McKray delivered/ installed a temp construction front door with a large Swastica scratched and drawn on it, not a new door, this door has been around the block, kind of hard to miss a Swastica! And they had no problem with it. This door had to have sat in their shop, been selected for delivery, installed and nobody there thought a Swatica on an entrance home door was a problem. What made it even better is my wife was born in Germany and has dual US/ German citizenship. When I told McCray about it, it seemed this was no big deal! We would have had a better/ cheaper selection experience at Home Depot. Still not done with this process. Will see if it gets any better. Charles Shotton Blue Springs Mo.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 Star. Horrible customer service!!! Do NOT go here! The sales lady was irritated and acted like I wasn’t suppose to be there.

There's a whole lot of indifference toward minority employees. It's sickening!
