Called ahead of time and asked if they could plane, rip and edge some boards that I had so I could make a farmhouse table. They said absolutely. When i got there with the 6 pieces of lumber they charged me $250. I thought it was crazy high but figured let them just do it. When i go to pick it up a few days later I noticed that the number of boards I should’ve received which was 18 was a little short only receive 16. I called back Ray Senior he got very angry and said whatever and hung up the phone on. We eventually agreed that I would get two more pieces of lumber bring them in and he would not charge me for these since it was their mistake. I then go in with the two pieces of lumber and he changes his mind and says he cannot do it but they were nails in my board. However my boards came from a fallen tree so obviously he was lying. He basically told me to go F myself through $25 back at me and walked away. I ended up finding another millwork much closer to my home in Rochelle Park that would’ve charged me $20 a board to do what he charged me more than $40 a board to do. Rip off Do not go here!

Wish I can give negative star. My Neigbor told me about this place, we flipper and build houses, from a smaller size property to million dollar houses, always need to find good resource for material. I need special size door to finish one of the property, yesterday I come to check this place, told the sales person we have builder license, see if he can apply discount, he did give me 10% off, for small purchase, it is reasonable, after the discount that 22 inch prime 6 panel prehung door is $82 dollars/ each, today I went back to change one to 20 inch , just need a cheap flat panel prehung door, and they charge me $75 dollar, I ask them for the discount , they refuse to give, and said it is already cheaper than the $82 door, really?? Comparing a 22inch prime 6 panel door with a 20inch flat door, only $7 difference, make this deal looks so awkward. 10% off a $75 dollar door just $7.5 dollar, friendly gestures shows your sincerity, but they refuse to give. It is really nothing about money, but the way how they treat their customer will drive all the big money away, how much they can earn from a $75 flat panel door? But losing a good customer that could be hundreds and thousands dollar. It’s fine, take that $75 dollar, will not come back.
