Excellent service, they know exactly what they have and where it is. Very good lumber and prices.

Don't bother going to any of the big lumber stores. These guys know what their talking about and have helped us out big time. Needed 1250sq/f and was able to dress what we needed and deliver in less than a week. Will forever be recommending Levy's, not only are they super nice they have good quality lumber. Along side with great prices. Thanks!!

When we ordered our boards, we were told we would have to wait a week for them to be ready. Then two weeks, then three weeks, then 4 weeks. After the month, we went to pick them up, got them home, started our project, and then found out that three boards had been cut to the wrong size. We called them up and asked for replacements. The owner told me it would be another two weeks until they would be ready. When they were, he asked me what time I would be there, and I said 10 am. I went there to pick them up at 10, and had to wait for an hour because he had left on other business. When he got there, he showed me the boards and left me to load them myself. I found a measuring tape on the premises to check the boards and make sure they were the right size, sure enough once again they had been cut to the wrong size. I was told to go and find a guy out in the warehouse who could cut them to the right size for me. Also, had to return the other boards. Overall terrible customer service, a mean attitude from the owner, and poor quality of workmanship. The wood itself is nice, but not worth all that hassle.

I showed up at a few minutes to 5pm and they still insisted on helping me load up the order. Took about an hour and they never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. Great prices. I always like buying from family run businesses and this family business is one of the better I've delt with.

I had one yellow birch massive log , they unloaded and cut into 2 inch slabs for my countertops. Helped load at quitting time and only charged$30
