In an attempt to buy a great piece of wood no one working there was certain of the cost or type of wood it was. the price was unmarked and each time they consulted eachother the price increased by $100. Very unprofessional service, seemed like they were trying to take advantage.

Great prices and high selections.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff to help me in deciding materials to use for my deck project including calculating the quantities to build my complete project. This includes all deck boards, stairs, glass panels, posts, and everything else for a one stop shop with delivery to Gatineau! Looking forward to receiving their products.

I started inquiring about my purchase via email. I got quick and detailed responses from Glenn. I then went this morning to complete the transaction and I got amazing customer service at the front desk where Glenn again ensured I had all my parts, measurements and custom jobs perfect. Same thing in the warehouse where the gentleman did his best to match my needs as closely as possible to minimise loss. On top of that I am very happy of the price / quality ratio I got for my rad oak mouldings and boards.
