Stopped by to pick up an online order. They had me on my way promptly. Great staff and great location. I will shop here again for sure.

Needed a bag of insulation, and saw that Rona had a sale (50% off) on one of the items they carry. Drove out of my way to go to this store, just so I can be told by the customer service people that they will not honor the price. I guess I was looking at the Oshawa store pricing, and that is where I have to go to get "the sale price". Stores competing with other stores, no accountability, and poor customer service. I wrote the store manager, as well as give the head office this info.

I called to ask if I could return some boxes of flooring I no longer needed, I had since lost the receipt and accepted that I would get an in store credit, I confirmed with a few other locations that this location has this particular box of flooring in stock which was true. Called this location and checked with the cashier and she said yes, she paged me back to the service desk and explained to the guy, gave him the item number and abruptly said they didn't have it in stock then proceeded to end the call. I checked the rona website and sure enough they did have it instock, called back again and checked with the cashier again, yes they do have it and I asked if they were sold and she said no, I said "page me back to the service desk" same older guy answers. He double checks and confirms they have it but says they are sold and they were brought in for a customer. I could tell he wanted to end the call. Total bs, I checked with a different rona and they confirmed this ajax location does not have them sold. A tip to the manager, fill this guy in on how not to lie to their customers. Will be taking this to head office sometime soon. PS, your website wouldn't say you have 40 boxes on hand if they are sold buddy. Total joke of a guy
