Love, love, love Mars Lumber. Lots of exotic hardwoods and tropicals. They have everything from thin cuts and veneers to massive slabs. Great for intarsia artists and scrollers, or any type of woodworking. Worth the visit!

Mars lumber is the absolute worst place to get your wood! I have never experienced worse service from an establishment in my entire life. I’m warning you right now this place is an utter disaster of a business. A couple months back we ordered some wood from mars lumber for an addition on our deck. When it was done, I walked on the addition, the wood broke under my feet and fell right through and broke my left clavicle. After I recovered from my injury, my wife and I visited there location to tell them about the misshap. I decided to slip away for a moment to go to the bathroom. When I come back the mars lumber employee was having sex with my wife right in the middle of the store on the counter..... do not give them your business. I know I never will again.

This a great place to go if you need hardwoods for projects. The staff is very helpful and select and are correct would you need and cutting the size if you need it. Highly recommend

This place has a very large selection of common woods as well as unique and exotic woods. The times I have been here, as recently as this morning, the staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. I typically end up here for harder to find woods, since they are not very close to me, and the prices have always been reasonable. On another note, I was never there to shop for them, but I saw they have a good number of decorative trims and items such as stairway spindles.

I. have. no. words. to say. but i will describe my experience at this "professional" establishment. It is almost spring time so I am looking to begin the process of adding a deck to the back of my house. I scheduled a appointment with one of their workers, Ricky Bobby was his name to be specific. The moment I shook his hand and felt his feminine touch I knew this could not turn out well. But I didn't listen to my gut and proceeded. I showed him some examples of what I wanted and what my house looks like. He first made fun of the size of my house and said my wood must always be soft whatever tf that means and then proceeded to make fun of my wife in the photo. He asked me “ how long have you been raising pigs.” All in all, the warehouse smelt like chooch, Ricky Bobby was less of a man then Caitlyn Jenner, and I am looking elsewhere to get my porch finished.
