Our builder used Riverside for all of our millwork for our new home and we are very happy with the result. High quality products and their showroom in Waterloo is fantastic!. After moving in, we finished our rec room area and we had the opportunity to work with Riverside directly to purchase matching trim and doors. Great customer service is probably what impresses us the most. Adam (and Alex) in sales did a superb job looking after us - personal service is king - in a world where it seems this is a dying art.

I have recently used their services in both my new office and my home. They have been absolutely amazing in every way!! Their close attention to detail and customer service has gone above and beyond. Matt has met me on site every time there have been changes. Heather even accompanied me on schedule changes last minute. Andy also did an amazing job doing my closets!! Thank you Riverside team, for an amazing job!!

We are beyond thrilled with the custom "his and hers" closet built in's as well as our mudroom locker style built ins! Andy in the design team guided us through the process and explained a variety of options to consider. We loved the 3-D computer sketches that we were provided with along the way. The quality and craftsmanship of the work is top notch. We have highly recommend Riverside Millwork to family, friends and co-workers.

Trimming a custom home with your products is a pleasure. The doors you made are great. The machining of the trim is excellent. Contact with your sales rep is quick and efficient. Prices are very competitive. We have enjoyed working with you and will definitely use you on future projects. Keep up the excellent work.
