Baywood has given me a wonderful opportunity to advance my career. With a great pool of talent backing the company the sky is the limit!

Having grown with the company for nearly 20 years, I've seen the ups and downs. Always striving for excellence, I'm very proud of the team I work with.

Most of the negative reviews are dead on and this place has the track record to prove it. The owner seems to just ignore that management alone has pushed so much talent out of this place with their lazy, careless, ignorant and abusive ways. Instead of allowing managers to push talent out the door through their unprofessional ways maybe try replacing management with qualified management and I am sure this place will thrive. This place is well known in the area for everything mentioned. I recommend asking around. The denial and respect for subpar workers at top levels is astonishing and speaks volumes about how this place is ran. The problems are obvious as day even to a blind man. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I can’t help but write you guys to send my most sincere appreciation for everything you all have done for me and my family.. I can’t even find the words to describe the way I feel. But I can tell you I have never in my life meet such caring and understanding employers. I look forward to the years ahead working for and with Baywood, I put everything I can into my job to make sure we stay strong as well as provide the upmost quality products on the market today! And to continue being one step ahead of our competitors in every aspect of this field. Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to join the Baywood family! If anyone has an opportunity to join the Baywood family I strongly advise you to join our team, I can tell you it will be the best decision you could make. Coming from experience there are so very few companies like this!! Matt Smith

It is refreshing to see that a young company such as Baywood Interiors is engaged in the community. They are very engaged and supportive of community fund raising and events. They have donated both time and money in both Kitchener-Waterloo and in Point Clark Ontario. Keep up the good work!
