Other than I wish they had more than one location outside of Toronto I am very happy with the service. I had to drive down from Ottawa but when I got there my order was ready to go. I was able to get some help over the customer service line. The website would be better if we could have a live chat as the hours are only during the week. Also I had trouble downloading the catalogues. Overall a pretty good experience.

I like the moulding. We went into the show room not know what casing was. Our friends builder sent us in. I was overwhelmed and it took some time but when we left we had a box full of options. They even stayed 15 minuts later after closing to help. This is going to be a big job for all of us. Just happy we had help. Just wish they were open later. I had to run from work and almost didn't make it. The guy that helped us really narrowed down our options once we new what style we wanted. I recommend this place if you don't know what direction you are going. We still have some work to do but at least I know what casing is.

I was impressed with the product knowledge of the sales staff and how helpful they were in seeing that I had all that I needed to complete my door renovation even the hardware. The quality and design of the doors was everything I'd hoped it would be. Thanks Brenlo
