Was nearly ran off the highway by one of their flatbed drivers this morning. He followed it up by flipping the old bird once I caught along side em. I guess their driver didn't merge to the left lane in time for the right exit and decided he'd correct that error by running me off the road. If you see one of their trucks on the road, be cautious, especially if you got kids in the car cause this guy was getting into that lane, even if it meant he was going to cause a collision. I worked in the trucking industry for a long time and will always give way to a trucker in the appropriate situation. But this guy literally just drove into the left lane (which was packed with traffic doing maybe 10km/h so I was stuck with the choice of either get hit by the front of his trailer/rear of his tractor, drive on the shoulder to avoid a collision or stop and get hit by the rear of his trailer). I picked drive on the shoulder and drive ahead of him. I'd say if the quality of their customer service is anything like their drivers to stay away but the reviews on here already seem to reflect that anyway. But apparently they get angry at their own customers for complaining about their poor product, so probably not even worth a call into management.

No customer service. They don't even warrant their products. I have been trying to get a response to warranty claim but with not success for months now.

Currently working on a full home reno. The team here has been fantastic. Llyod at the front desk helped out in making sure i was ordering the right material for the job. The guys in the back were also quick to get the orders ready. Had a couple small mix ups on my part but they quickly switched out the material. They were even able to get me 1" thick plywood within a few hours from their steer shop. Great place to shop and contractor pricing soo you save $$$

My father-in-law came to their shop and employees tried to sell him damaged items for full price. The employees refused to sell him undamaged products and claimed that is what they were offering. The employees suggested sanding the damaged item, but the item should not be damaged before they were purchased. He ended up leaving without any of their products due to this company offering him a low quality product.

I read the reviews and still decided to try them , it was a huge mistake they are so nasty and rude. They don't care if the wood is no good they want you to take it anyway and if you refuse they will freak out, go to Turkstar lumber instead!
