Excellent service.excellent prices.

This place is a joke. Being a contractor from Mississauga renovating a cottage in town, maybe I expected more in terms of service. I sat with the owner a few years back to apply for contractor pricing, and he basically said no and laughed at me "We don't just hand out discounts to any contractor that walks in here, hahaha".... I had all my business paper work including 6 months of $20,000/month expenses from RONA in the GTA. This pickle didn't ask me for a single piece of paper, and rushed me out of the office. I've never been back and I've been pissed about it ever since. Shotty store, terrible out dated selection and half the stuff you need they don't carry. Nothing has changed in recent years, still a dump I wouldn't buy nails here if my house was falling down. Go to BMR or Home Hardware.

I just bought my "hidenhitch -silent" dock hinge there. Staff was very helpful and it has to be the best hinge for a dock out there! Also the hinge was made in Apsley!
