No value of your time at this place. If you are a truck driver and making delivery to this "GOOD LUCK" takes 4-5 Hours to get unloaded. Never ever going to deliver at this place again.

I went in and ordered and paid for a patio door. The guy said itd arrive in 3 weeks. 2 days short of a month i called to check on the status of tbe order. After a few hours and back and forth phone calls o was told tbe doir was never ordered by the store. I went in and got my refund, everyone i dealt with seemed completely unbothered by their mistake. I Will never go there again.

The quality of the lumber is WAY better than anything you will find at a big box. They have consistently delivered and I have depended on them for the last 25 years.

Very unorganized. Screwed up order several times. Did not have materials when they said they would, could not find anything in their warehouse. I get that you're busy but come on guys they fixed the order so id say they're average
