I bought siding for my home and had some left over that I returned after I was finished. I ordered a little extra because I was told by the owner I could return any stock items no problem, and I didn't want to run out halfway through. After lots of back and forth (>1 year) emails, and phone calls of not getting a straight answer, I found out the hard way that some of the siding wasn't returnable after all. As for the returnable stuff, I paid a 30% vendor restocking fee for all of it, which would have been nice to know upfront and would have altered my ordering strategy...

Perfect choice to build a deck

We are currently working with them on a substantial siding and window project. They are great to work with and are very responsive to our questions, customizing to our project, coming out to the job site, etc. Would definitely use them again.

Ordered first half our house windows and patio doors from them. Wrong handle color on two of the three doors. They told us they would get the correct ones coming, and then didn't. The sliding doors didn't work smoothly due to a manufacturing flaw. After dozens of calls and lots of what turned out to be lies still no help. Including saying the handles were ordered and he would personally call the Marvin service guy because he used to work there. I finally called Marvin directly and explained things. They made it right, had the new handles in two days and the Rep was there within a week. Rep hadn't heard from them, nor had the handles been ordered. He also said he did indeed work there something like 15 years, 14 too long! Marvin needs to pull their products from them! Used Proctor builders for rest of windows, order and delivery went smoothly.
