The staff here is awesome. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable for the do-it-yourselfer.

I bought the materials to fix a broken fence from here in June 2018. The staff was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The lady behind the counter help me work out all the materials that I needed and her calculations were right on the nose. It was nice that they helped keep me from over spending, which would have probably happened left to my own devices in the big box stores. Their prices were comparable, if not slightly better than the big box stores. I believe they are locally owned and operated. It's nice to know your money stays in the community. Based on the good experience I had, I will most certainly be giving them my business for future renovations and projects.

Awfully grumpy service, clear they arent interested in weekend business from DIY customers - AVOID

I had called about some flatstock and one associate told me that they didn't have all of it there but to come in and pay for it and then would bring it in from the Cambridge store Monday morning. I did just that, but the associate I dealt with while paying had no record of that conversation. No worries, I explained and he said that wouldn't be a problem and also they had an order coming in so no matter what I would be fine. After calling on Monday, I was told they would call as soon as it came in. Thursday is when it ended up arriving. So I lost a whole week off my timeline because they couldn't simply tell the truth. I would have drove to all the locations needed to get the product. Just shabby customer service.
