I have always received mixed levels of service from Turkstra over the years. I like to shop local and when it came time to renovate our shop Corey helped us out above and beyond. I bought some custom ordered metal siding for our garage and when we received it there were a bunch of dents in the siding. I called Corey, emailed him some photos of the damage and he ordered us replacements promptly and easily. That's what I call customer service. The project turned out great and I couldn't be happier knowing that local retailers and people like Corey are there to help. Thanks again

The worst customer service I have ever encountered, I went to the hamilton mountain store 5 times to order some custom lumber and composite decking and the lumber manager never got back to me after promising each time i went in the store. I went online to deckmart to order my decking instead and had no issues at all.

Amazing customer service

Super friendly and helpful staff. Since I refuse to buy from Tamarack, Turkstra is like their better looking brother. Slightly more limited on their stock and certain options, but they have never let me down yet.
