Everytime we come for a piece of trim or molding they are super friendly and knowledgeable about the wood. There has been time were we weren't sure what we needed to fix our problem and they have helped us.

We came in for a simple solution to a problem we have. We have a deteriorating window frame that needs the bottom portion replaced. The piece we need has a step in the woodwork. A guy at home depot told us to come here so we did. We were told initially to go downstairs and talk to the guys down there. One young man down there passed us off to another young man who proceeded to search for the right piece but his search was less than thorough. In fact, we did a lot of the searching ourselves. Then he told us they don't have that piece and to go upstairs to get a quote on how much it would be to make it. Everyone we talked to seemed uninterested and unwilling to help. We were told "the piece would be about $10 but for ME to make it, it would be way more expensive." To me, this meant he saw it as a waste of his time. Just because we didnt come in there looking for a custom mantel for $5,000, we deserve the same level of customer service as anyone else. I just don't feel as though we were given that.

This place is absolutely amazing. Bob knows his stuff and was very helpful in getting me everything I needed to complete my major remodel. Don't waste your time going to a big box store. Shop local and get better service here.
