We had two separate purchases and consultations with North Pole. First was replacing 18 doors in our home and hardware to update it and help us get a better price when selling. We removed the doors and hardware. They came and picked them up and came back with the doors all machined and marked where they went. We installed and while there was some minor adjusting to be done, it was pretty seamless and they looked great ! Then when we got into our newly built condo, we asked the builder to not put up a couple of doors in our master bedroom as we had a vision for sliding doors. Like barn doors but we wanted a little more classy look. They provided the doors machined once again. We did the installation and are very pleased with the result. We also got the trim from them. Their selection was better than big box stores as was their pricing. We had some minor challenges but NP handled them all professionally and expediently. Thanks to Jen, Blair and Eric for their help, guidance, patience and customer service/support. We highly recommend them and suggest give their showroom a visit before you just trot off to the big box stores like sheep. You will be impressed.

This is the best place in London to buy trim, doors and specialty wood products. Service is exemplary both in the order area, and when picking up in the back sheds. Oh - and delivery is free anywhere in London and area. You can't beat the Best..

This is the best place to go for trim and doors. The staff here is very friendly. They will stock many items that other company's would have to order in.
