Knock On Wood Construction was contracted to perform various renovation scopes on a tight schedule. Communication was superb, attention to detail met our expectations and overall quality of the workmanship was second to none. Highly recommend and will use again!

I've used Brendan a few times now and the quality of work has always been excellent. I will definitely use him again and recommend to friends. For the most recent job I was repairing my kitchen and basement following flooding damage from a cracked water line. Brendan replaced my entire main floor as well as some drywall and baseboards. The job was done very quickly and looks better than new!

We had asked Brendan to come over to advise and help us build stairs on our existing deck, after he looked at it carefully he soon realized and let us know that our existing deck was not in good shape . He very quickly built us our new deck and we are very pleased with his work and how professional he was the entire time. ( especially when our very inquisitive daughter came to ask him several times why he was doing what he was doing). We have and will continue to highly recommend Brendan for any jobs to friends & family very pleased overall 5/5!

Incredible work! We were blown away with the quality of his work. We now have a deck that will entertain family and friends for years to come. 5 out of 5 stars for sure. A job well done!

A couple of days days ago my daughter asked me to check one of the baseboards in her room downstairs. It appeared to have mold on it. I removed it and noticed that there was some water damage – a sprinkler left on near her basement window for several hours during the fall. I did not want to repair it in case there was black mold or some other concerns. One of my children heard of this young man who did renovations and repairs. So I decided to give him a call. Best phone call I ever made. Brendan came over and checked things out. He explained what needed to be done and why – replacing drywall, insulation, some studs, baseboards, carpet underlay, and so on as well as making sure if there was any mold, that it was cleaned/treated properly and damaged material disposed of correctly. He said it would take about 1-1.5 days to do the job. He finished within the time frame and we could not be happier! Everything was done to perfection. Even my wife was happy with the quality of work. She was also impressed with how well he cleaned up after the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing repairs, renovations or building something brand new! My garage needs some work - new entrance door, but one that is larger than the previous one as well as installing a larger window. I now have my contractor.
