This Tim Hortons outlet is in a good location immediately you enter the Banff town. The customer service is superb and very friendly staff. The outlet have several seats and large moving area. Their restroom is also clean and well maintain. This is essential being in a tourism location. The prices are a little expensive but it is understandable what you should expect in a tourism location like this.

Very nice to have Tim's in Banff for the ride back to Calgary. Easy to find, easy to park. Good quality but they definitely need to learn to pick up the pace. This is one of the slowest Tim Hortons I've been to, and for a place that isn't very busy, the lineup grows pretty quick.

We have never stopped at a Tim Hortons before as it's seems to be a Canadian chain, as we have never seen it in the Pacific Northwest (or anywhere else in the lower 48 for that matter). The chain seems to be famous for its coffee, its pastries and donuts, and it's sandwiches. We tried cappuccinos, which were excellent. 4 star rating as mostly because service was a little on the slow side due to the peak. In which we stopped, and the high popularity of the place with folks that live anywhere near.

A bit slow service, only 2 counters for orders, I would recommend ordering through the app. This restaurant has the cheapest food in Banff, and its location is near the Trans Canada Highway, so it’s a great place for a quick and cheap bite. The food isn’t too special. Overall, it’s great if you’re hungry on the road.

Good coffee and cakes /cookies. Staff friendly but sometimes to tired to understand what good service is. Great iced coffee and wraps
