Why is there not a no star option? Loading here is a mess. They wanted us to back over a pile of trashed shingles in the loading bay, it would have set the trailer cockeyed. Had to shut the truck off in 100 degree heat after blocking the wheels and locking the air lines, no drivers lounge. Sat over an hour untouched.

Eveyone at Tamko Phillipsburg has proven to be friendly and nice with one glaring exception. The older lady in shipping is one nasty woman. Smug, arrogant and no sense of humor at all. She has been that way for years, and she enjoys it. Its like having to deal with Lorena Bobbitt in the Shipping Office. But other than this sad woman, the folks I've met at Tamko over the years have been great.

The lady in charge of shipping is probably world famous. She hung up on me probably 10 times my first time there because I wouldn't give here the right broker name and I had no cell reception. My load numbers were right though. She told me to pull off the scale and there was nobody behind me lol. I would pick no stars but that is not a option.
