Good customer service, they are always looking for you satisfaction and to reach the closest idea of you project in mind.

I have been buying pavers and accessories here for 18+ years. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Whether my order is for several thousand dollars or 10 dollars, I have been treated with the same respect and great service. I usually have a "project" and they have been helpful in figuring what I need and their prices are competitive. They have an amazing variety of styles and stock hard to find items. I will continue to shop here as we keep dreaming up new ways to transform our yard from year to year. Thank you to all the staff. Great job!!

Always very helpful staff and I have ordered a number of times from them over the years. They can always get what I want even if it is not in stock.

Worst customer service and return policy I have ever seen. First there is only one person working the front desk, so be prepared to wait a while to even have the privilege of buying their products. Secondly, you better purchase exactly what you need because they charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned product, which is apperantly non-negotiable. Not only do they make a decent profit on what they sell you, but then think a 20% margin on returned product it also justified. I left the store and tried to find the paving stones I needed elsewhere. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to so will have to go back, but will only get exactly what I need. One thing I will give them is they have a lot of selection. My advice...look elsewhere first, before buying here...

The worst customer service experience ever. Recommendation: Avoid.
