Emerson and Melanie run a tight ship in the office and they take time to answer rookie questions respectfully. Our delivery driver had a resourceful, can-do attitude and patience. The teams respect one another and collaborate. A good place for newbies to shop for materials.

My boyfriend and I bought some crushed rock a while back. the guys in the back were awesome. the ladies up front no to much. Front office staff here are in need of a huge attitude adjustment. We won't be shopping here again.

During my most recent interactions today staff were disorganized and bitchy. I was there to return some pails and retrieve my deposit. During my first visit I quizzed a staff member when the debit machine read PURCHASE when I was expecting REFUND. I was assured that all was okay. Later when I checked my bank account I discovered money had been CHARGED instead of refunded. Since this was a debit transaction it was not resolvable over the phone. During my second visit a different person helped me. Second lady seemed more knowledgable but was still having problems with the computer. During my original visit a while back I picked up some rock. Selection seemed okay and staff were helpful. Is my experience today a one time thing or...

Incredibly helpful and easy to discuss options with. Helped me with a small sand purchase for my DIY patio. Very friendly service! Will be back. Thanks!!

We bought our crushed rock today for our landscaping and overall I give a huge thanks to the men in the back running loaders. You guys are amazing. However, a couple of the ladies we dealt with had horrible attitudes and were by no means helpful. When we went in to ask questions about specific boulders, we were spoken to like we were idiots. Apparently customer service is not a top priority. Thank you for aiding in our decision to shop elsewhere.
