Absolutely fantastic value and customer service. As a local resort owner and former contractor, this Rona outdoes any building supply I've ever used. They may be smaller, but they bend over backwards to bring in anything I request. The owners are very approachable and the staff are always willing to help.

Brutal customer service and they will not stand behind their products. They know they have no local competition, so they will force customers to accept inferior or damage building supplies. I spent thousands on lumber much of which was expensive firewood, then they tried to force me to accept water damaged concrete bags. I canceled the order and went to hundred mile Timbermart, what I spent on gas I easily saved on quality merchandise. Instead of writing offs or discounts, they force customers pay for it.
