This is a great little hardware store on Cook street. Not a big store so selection maybe not as good as the big box stores but they make up for it in many other ways. From the greeting as soon as your walk through the door or the staff taking the time to assist you without feeling rushed or being a bother makes this a small home town feel store. Prices are reasonable for must small everyday projects around the house or your business.

I love this family owned store. Friendly helpful staff and great prices. My favourite hardware store in Victoria.

Very friendly, neighbourly, folk.knowledgable.but, just one step up from a "mom & pop, they don't ALWAYS have Everything you need. BUT, they can GET IT!!!

Great staff and pretty good selection given the size of location

Customer service when I went in was TRASH. Cashiers busy chatting about how their serious relationships started as best friends with benefits. Asked when the new stock of chain would be coming in and she said I dunno I don't think they know it's empty so it probably has to be ordered... okay so I'll shop somewhere that takes inventory and doesn't suck I'll be sure to never come here again
