Found out about Timberland when I googled fence panels. Went to the store and was helped quickly. Placed an order and paid with Visa which they processed that day. I have been waiting weeks for the delivery of my fence panels. Everytime I call to get a delivery date the female that answers the phone tells me she will call me back. Never calls. When I call back she apologizes and tells me she will check order and call back....Never does. This has gone on for days. I have contacted Visa to arrange to have purchase removed. Funny thing..They also billed instantly for the $100 delivery fee.

OMG~ I am so frustrated with this company!! My dad has ordered some materials and only part of them were delivered. He paid it in FULL the day he ordered. It took them over a week to deliver because some were custom made. When I added one more panel later I promised to pay $100 cash to the delivery guy ($79+tax came to $100...wonder how? I asked for explanation but no answer still) When the delivery guy came he was missing few stuffs including $100 panel. When I called Kim to see why we are missing some stuff she kept saying "You didn't pay 100 $, you didn't pay 100$..." I told her "I DIDN'T PAY CUZ I DIDN'T GET THE PANEL!" And besides I am still missing some stuff that's been paid. She said she will sort it out and call back.....BUT she never calls back, as expected. They NEVER call you back!!! I AM still waiting for Chen to call me back for missing orders.....will update when I actually get ALL the orders. UPDATE: We ended up going there and pick up the rest of the stuff ourselves. Extra panel we ordered came to $95 (price changed from on the phone).

I have bought lots of lumber from here over the last year, Sunny is awesome! I had noticed that the lumber I have been purchasing is not of great quality. Example, warped boards, cracked boards, bent boards and boards that are supposed to be 1x4x8 and got in one board 1x3 1/2x8, 1x3x8 1x3 7/8x8, thats the sizes in just that one board, it was not cut evenly, I think that I have even received the boards that they would have thrown away. Today I went there for one board, I saw Sunny and we said hi to each other, he asked what I needed, I told him and asked that he give me a good board! As I had been getting my supply from elsewhere and they have been top notch! To my Surprise Sunny said then why don’t you go there then,.....WOW! Maybe just a bad day??? I said no just give me a good board, Sunny then said go into the work shed and grab the board you need, then said no I’ll get it for you, ok. So Sunny went to get me a board and I followed him in, I stopped just maybe 5 feet into the work shed, his Dad an older gentlemen who normally is very friendly, looked at me and said you can’t be in here, you leave a mess and the guys don’t want you in here, I was shocked, as ANYTIME I have gotten my own boards, I have ALWAYS made sure I clean up and ensure the pile is the way I found it... Not sure why today, I was treated like this??? Maybe just a bad day for them?? I guess after this review, I will not be welcome there.

Large variety of products at very reasonable prices. Sunny was very helpful at sorting out product questions. I would not hesitate to buy there again.

Will not buy from or recommend to anybody ! Ask and pay for A Grade fence panels only to be loaded up and sent away with panels barely held together, saw cuts in boards that look horrible. Obviously gave me the worst they had knowing I came from out of town and won’t be making a quick trip back anytime soon. Second time this has happened to me at Timberlands cedar products, have them the benefit of the doubt the first time, thought maybe they would redeem themselves this time but absolutely not ! Glad I recorded the transaction while paying, she offered me a cheaper rate if I paid cash so they wouldn’t have to pay taxes on there sales. Will be passing the video to Canada Revenue Agency. Sick and tired of being ripped off by liars like this.
