Staff is friendly. Everything I need is always easy to find. I prefer this store over Home Depot any day

2 months, 3 trips to and from, 4 bathtub + surround combos later, and all I did was waste gas, waste my time, and act as quality control for these people, the last time i was in "it was checked by 3 different people" still damaged when I was inspecting it before loading it in my truck. Very helpful and apologetic floor and yard staff, but very argumentative and almost resentful managment. Do yourself a favour, stay away from this headache if your looking for a fiberglass tub or surround!

Great staff, one thing I always like about Rona is how helpful the staff is with questions, and they know their products really well to advise on different options.

Very good experience with the staff (Bill and Mary). Great service and went out of his way to get us a discount after getting the okay from store manager Scott, because of a small dent on the side of a hot water tank that was purchase. It would of been easily missed if he had not investigate it closely. Mary ,whom wrote up the work order was quick and efficient at her job, even tough she had another customer waiting to be served. Great Service RONA Staff

I am giving Rona a one-star today because of their terrible advertising on this weekend's special. 15 to 100% off when you buy on Saturday and Sunday and then it says information inside. We went there on Friday night to buy a bunch of stuff then we found out they had this deal and no one in the store that we talked to said it was only on certain things that would have the deal. So when I went on Saturday I bought over $100 worth because that's what you had to do to get the deal, then I was told that not one thing that I bought was considered as part of the deal, so why did they make me scratch a ticket for 15% off? And then the lady said oh it's on the and no it wasn't all it said is details inside it didn't say only on selected items...I think that's just a bad marketing scam!
