Last year, we were referred to Giroux Design Group for our commercial building construction. As a not-for-profit, we had time and budget restrictions, which Tony immediately acknowledged during the preliminary meeting. Tony Giroux patiently explained the process to our finance and building committee members. Throughout the process, Tony worked with various committee members to make sure the designs directly reflected our expansion needs and was realistic to our limited budget. He measured our existing furniture and kept the measurements under close consideration while allocating adequate office space and ceiling heights in the new construction. Tony described the material selection in the shop drawings and thoroughly guided us on how the contractor would use these to finish the job within specified timeline. He was available for unscheduled consultations during the construction period and helped us coordinate unexpected changes with city personnel to obtain necessary permits. Any changes to the design were priced fairly and quickly. We have had many positive comments on the finished project and the quality of finishes. We appreciate Tony’s professionalism towards completing the process within the original fee budget and timeline.

Tony listened to what was important to us for design, whilst respectfully steering us away from poor ideas and suggesting better ones. Tony's ability to navigate through the City Planning Dept was invaluable. All emails and calls were promptly returned. We will use Giroux Design Group again

Tony was amazing to work with. He was able to design exactly what we wanted and was very accommodating to our changes and suggestions along the way. He offered a lot of guidance and tips to navigate the application process and we will be using him again on the next project. Can't wait to bring this one to life!

We had Giroux Design work on our custom home with us. Tony did a wonderful job taking our ideas and making them a reality. I would highly recommend Tony and his team and will use them again on future projects.

Worked extremely well with our team and the builders. Very supportive and collaborative. High professional standards and met all our requirements with our new building. Our organization is delighted with the outcome.
