I use mohawk products in my shop and the company pretty much covers everything needed. Only a few questionable products. My rep is pretty helpful. Never been to one of the stores. I can say I used to get my products a lot quicker. But they really set the bar. If you havent used a mohawk aerosol before you don't know what your missing.

Great service today at Mohawk. The gentleman took the time to help me match a complicated multi-step Wood finish. Explained the steps required to achieve the result and went out of his way to set me up to tester sizes for samples so I didn’t have to spend a fortune on product. Very good service!

Horrible customer service, will never be coming back here. They do not know how to treat their custormers. Especially V.J. son. They use to have an amazing worker named Nitya, I haven't seen him anymore he was the one person that knew how to treat the customers. I will not be visiting this store anymore.

Bad customer service, not helpful at all! I also asked where to take un used lacquer & stains and they had no information, they indicated that they just throw them in the dumpster!!! REALLY?!?!! Not environmentally friendly either! Vijay's son is not friendly and makes you feel un welcome and not helpful at all.

Absolute worst customer service I have ever received I don't care if your family owns a business that doesn't give you the right to be outright rude. What kind of company tells their customer they can't refund them because they don't have any cash at the store and that they only deal with accounts and credit cards only..... interesting considering you're no problem taking my cash when I bought the product
