I like this RONA store in South Surrey because I can find what I am looking for. The staff were friendly and gave me some advice. My list was not very long and I know that I found some simple hardware items, at a reasonable cost. Maintenance of any description, is huge for me. This is now my shop first store. Thanks for the easy parking.....

Do not, I mean do not shop here when there is a homedepot to shop at. The workers have no clue about anything home related. They matched a brown paint I brought in and the color ended up being red. They said tough luck you bought it. I expected the paint person would have somewhat knowledge about paint but apparently he doesn't. Can't wait until they close their doors for good.

Went to Rona to buy some pressure treated fence post...stumbled across what I thought might have been a mistake in pricing...The 4x4x8 posts were more expensive than the 4x4x10. It was a 10 cent difference...but then you see the 4x4x9 posts are $18 and the 4x4x10 is $16. Turns out it wasn't a mistake, one of the associates said "Because the 8 footers are more popular"...Hmm...okay...

When you have 50 different CFL bulbs on your website and half of them are on sale, and you go to your local rona to see what thy have and they have 3 choices, none of which are on sale. You can set your store in their website but can't sort by what's actually in stock, so you get to look through all 50 results to check each one. Rona is off my shopping list.
