Ne pas faire affaire avec ces voleurs. Ils vendent des produits défectueux . Apres 7 ans, ma toiture était totalement finie. Après un an de discussions et d'argumentations et de rapports interminables, ils m'ont offert quelques dollars de remplacement ...j'ai appris que ces bardeaux de remplacements étaient encore défectueux. Comment peuvent-il faire cela? C'est honteux. J'ai finalement utilisé un produit Américain avec une vraie garantie et j'en suis très satisfait.

Cette compagnie a vendu un produit pourri .Des bardeaux organique garantie 25 ans qui a peine durer 10 ans ,et le recours collectif une vraie farce ,ils vous demande de monter un dossier de 25 pages avec photos pour finalement vous REFUSER. Je vais refaire ma toiture mais cette fois avec des bardeaux timberline gaf recommander par plein d'entrepreneurs qui n'installe plus du BP. JE SOUHAITE LA FERMETURE DE CETTE COMPAGNIE MALHONNETE.

Restez loin de ce manufacturier. Ils ont vendu des bardeaux organiques défectueux à des milliers de consommateurs. Malheureusement j'en suis un. Des bardeaux garantis pour 25 ans et ils m'ont duré seuleument douze ans. Recours collectifs contre eux à cause qu'ils ont réfusé d'honorer la garantie. Voyez les différents articles sur eux, entre autre, radio-canada, la facture, journal de Montréal et Montreal Gazette.
