I've been working with Harvey for 15 years, and they have always been very knowledgeable about their products and quick to solve any issues with the very few problems that I've encountered. They stand behind what they sell, and are excellent about honoring warranties, even after something is no longer under the initial coverage it came with. Field service is prompt, and all the management and staff is very friendly and receptive. As for the idiot who complained on this page about his "cash return", it doesn't sound like he's a professional contractor, and if he is, he should realize that all returns not on a credit account ring out as "cash", and get returned in the same way they're paid. Also, I appreciate that Harvey develops relationships with professional contractors, and avoids the pitfalls of working with Laymen who are a distraction from operating a wholesale business of this magnitude. Excellent place to shop in my trade.

Extremely disappointed in the customer service, went to make a return and the person was rude and wouldn’t give me cash back for a return, instead he insisted it would be returned to my card, upon looking at the receipt I noticed it said cash return which is not what I got. The chances of me returning are slim to none now.

Much better product than available at the box stores. No retail. Must be contractor to purchase materials.
