There's no word in the human language can be used to describe how bad the costumer service is. They told my dad that they'll install the Microsoft software for the iMac he bought, but they didn't. As a result, I was installing the softwares for him. Installation needs the password and username, so I called and ask. They told me the username and password that kept showing up as incorrect on my screen, and then they told me that they had no idea and asked me to contact Microsoft. I did, and Microsoft told me that I was right in the beginning, that there's no way that they'd know the username and password for the iMac I bought. hence, I called the store another time, and the costumer services just hang up the phone. We called again, and the tech people were yelling at us saying that it's not their problem before we even said anything. They implied that we didn't actually buy our iMac from their store, so we told him all the information about our name and etc... They impatiently told us two other username and password combinations for our iMac, which ended up to be incorrect. How wonderful, we just wasted two and half hours!
