I bought from them once and no problem, the next time the say they don’t sell over the phone... very poor customer service and obviously they don’t care about doing business.

Just met with silvana (sp?) To go over my new cabinets. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Can't think of anything better you'd want in a customer service representative. Also, a few days ago a John Barrington came by the house to take measurements for my new kitchen. Friendly and punctual. Promised me the design in 1 day and he delivered. Sent me a copy of the design by email as well as to my contractor Sean. Impressed with their professionalism and courtesy. So far, money well spent.
