Large store that has all the stock you would expect in a hardware store. Staff is familiar with their products and the store aisles are well marked, making it easier to find things. They offer installation on many items.

Half the time I get very helpful staff, but the other half I get staff who, to quote one guy who worked there last year "don't know about fractions".

Went in looking for a portable air conditioner that's reasonably priced. They had a unit in my price range out on the floor for display. Sign on it said 299.99. That's fine, though exactly the same as every other store. Man assisting me says that it was not 299 but over 400 and that the sign was misplaced. Lady came over and informed him yes it is 299.99 that it was floor model. Ok fair enough im ready to buy now so I ask if there was one that wasn't opened already. Answer was no, ask if there is any discount for the floor model, answer no. To sum up, customer service didn't know what unit it was or the pricing, then insisted I pay full price for a floor model. No thanks.
