Taken care of quickly and professionally. They service the trades, knowledgeable, with an awesome inventory of materials. Stuff you'll never see at your local Home Depot. Pricing, excellent.

If you are looking for drywall mud, or tape, go get it at the rona up the street. Mud is 20 bucks at rona, tax included.

I was just about to post a bad review for the store in Guelph. Fortunately Kevin dealt with the problem I had and resolved it immediately and to my satisfaction. They are lucky to have someone like him working for them. I can't say the same for Jasmine who took the original order. I handed her the sample I had chosen and figured she would get the information she needed off the back. When I discovered that I had the wrong product, I called the store to speak to Jasmine, and she immediately became defensive and said that she only did what I had told her to do instead of trying to correct her error. She could use some extensive training in customer relations.
