This little hardware store is the reason why Ajax is still considered a town. It's has the mom and pop feel and you can get everything you need. Best place to find small abstract parts and pieces that most places have discontinued. If you can't get it in the store they' will order it in. Friendly and knowledgeable do yourself a favor, avoid the big box hardware store and support your local Home Hardware you will not regret your experience.

Truly and authentic “small town” Home Hardware, even though AJAX is no longer a small town. Has an older feel to it. Staff are always helpful.

This is what local small hardware stores used to look like. Smaller by far than the big box stores but more than make up with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Never a problem finding someone to help you.

Always helpful and friendly! If you can't find it, they will. They will even teach you a few things with their vast expertise.

Its usually a nightmare going into a hardware store looking for specific things, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted by every staff there They helped me find what I was looking for, and gave me some great advice. I will definitely be back for all my hardware needs!
