Drivers suck, flatbed delivery truck ran a red and wrote my car off. All he said was i was on my brakes the whole time. Managment was nothing but an a$$ when i spoke to him. Thank you simcoe building center. Would have been 0 stars but i can't

Been in here a number of times for renovation projects and the staff has been phenomenal with us. The first couple of times we were just exploring ideas and learning and they spent a lot of time teaching and helping us understand what our options were. Ordering our stuff has been easy and delivery was totally fine and on time. I saw a few negative reviews on here that really don't reflect the experiences we have had (they almost make no sense). I think a lot of people are quick to be negative, but not enough people take the time to write about the positive experiences they have. Anyway, I hope this helps a few people. Definitely give Simcoe a try if you are looking into some renovations (for us, it was outdoor landscaping / masonry work). Go to the back of the store to the support area and talk to the team, you will be glad you did.

Terrible customer service. It’s like your bothering them being there. They never acknowledge you. Any time I’ve ordered items they never call to let me know that they are in even though they said they will.

Asked for information about a steel roof and was told someone would call us the next day. No call. We went on vacation, still no call. Three weeks after our first interaction we went back to their location. We were told we'd have a call the next morning. Thathe was 3 weeks ago now. Needless to say we will not be returning. It's sad when a company does not communicate with their clients. And even sadder when they don't keep their promises.
