Went in looking for a new 2 Stage Blower, walked out with a new Single Stage Toro. Guaranteed me that this thing will do the trick in fact guaranteed me that if I wasn't satisfied I could bring it back and the full amount I paid would be put towards a 2 Stage. Can't go wrong with that level of guarantee. Must say the convenience of the Single Stage is great...light weight, maneuverability, heck it even fits into the back of my SUV!! Mechanic also gave me some quick tips on maintenance. Great friendly, knowlegeable staff, another reason to avoid purchasing something like this online or at a big box store. Worth the drive to Belmont! Now bring on the snow!!

Came in for 8:00 am Saturday when they opened. 3 old boys sitting drinking coffee in the office. Had a Stihl trimmer that wouldn’t run right. They were quick to tag it, to look at the following week. After asking a few more questions they told me they were too busy opening to answer them. Went to the next shop 15 minutes down the road, and they had me up and running in 10 minutes no charge!

Do yourself a favour. Don't buy a Toro push mower. They will not start. you take it back to get it "fixed" and they will tell you its bad gas, or ethanol gas..even though shell v groove contains zero ethanol. Nothing but a pain in the ass.

Bought a Toro mower from the boys here at Dales, Lorne and Phil, had some issues with the mower, Phil was on it and got me back up and running thanks for the awesome service guy's, it does pay to buy from a small town dealer.I'll be back for my next purchase. Thanks Gerry Farr
