Poor operational ability. Frequently losing orders. Employees do not have standard procedures. Unnecessary delays due to lost orders. No responsibility taken by management and no follow-up.

Best stock of hard wood in the city. They always have a good selection up to 2" milled and planed. Usually all four sides square, so you're ready to go. Good quality and I've never had any warpage from wood that want dried well enough. My only complaint is that you have to buy the linear footage ahead, then pick through the selection to get what you need (it's hardwood so few are cut to standard lengths). They either need to inventory at the front desk what lengths they have in stock or let you pick first, then go in and pay before loading and leaving. Usually they end up on the losing end as the stock picker gives you an 7.25 ft board and you only paid for 6 or they have to cut an 8 foot down and get stuck with 2 feet that hangs around forever. But occasionally you end up with a 10ft+ board instead of a 7 and a 3, then realize you brought the car that can only fit 9.5 ft....

They are so rude and shameless ,they have no credibility and no honesty, they giving people long time waiting to get the job done, and they taking money with out fixing any thing that's what happened with me 👎👎👎

Friendly staff and a great local business. They have a wide range of products from power tools to lumber, as well as a kitchen and bath design centre. A welcome break from the big box stores conveniently located Downtown

Less selection than the big box places, but they have the essentials and the staff are WAY more knowledgeable than at other building stores.
