Horrific customer service. Phone operators are extremely rude and unhelpful. Its a true shame that they seem to have a monopoly on the products they offer in the area as i would gladly pay more, simply for better service. Too bad 0 stars arent an option.

Wanderosa is a great company to do business with. Their prices are reasonable and their customer service team is very knowledgeable. The delivery service is also outstanding. I don't know what other reviewers are saying but I found the customer service team to be friendly and accommodating especially Glen. I recommend this company to anyone that needs wood products.

Great customer service. I always find help from customer service desk w.r.t colours and finishes that are not available and they would suggest colours from their stock. This helps our business going.... Glen especially take extra steps in making sure I get what I want. Thank you for your support and keep up the great work/ service you provide.

Bad Customer Service. They are cheaper, but you might look for more options. There are companies in the market which has the same competitive price but at least good communication and better customer service. Most importantly try not to deal with their sales agent Glen, initially he may sound ok. But later he will be heard to get hold of for any issue. Edie was a bit helpful in that case.

First come first serve for receiving (shipping/receiving), i hope they don't go the way of appointments like so many other places. Small yard but friendly workers in warehouse. On my list of best places to deliver cargo.
