Albany Building Products just replaced our windows, eavestrough, and chimney. We previously had concrete work done by them in front of our house, as well as replacing a staircase inside our home. Their workers are top notch. Very polite, considerate, and careful of their surroundings. They explained their process to us step by step and answered all our questions. They left the work areas clean, and ensured that we were satisfied before they left each day. Joey and Kim visited our house multiple times as the jobs were being completed to ensure that we were ok with everything and that our questions were being answered. This company is professional from top to bottom. Highly recommend them.

I've recommended Joey & Kim to a handful of satisfied real estate clients, and I'll continue to do so. Their expert knowledge has helped me a number of times in the field - I can often text a photo of work to be done and expect a fair quote in short order. They always provided honest advice and recommendations to help me advise my clients when deciding how to profitably upgrade prior to listing their home for sale, or how to price a renovation required in a home being purchased. I'm an investor myself and I know how important it can be to protect the bottom line... I'm always cost sensitive. I've saved a lot of money by not cutting corners thanks to Albany's advice and service.

As a realtor, I have not only used Albany for my own needs but, have also referred them to many clients. This father/son team is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and always delivers on time. I couldn’t recommend any company more well rounded to work in the Hamilton region. My clients and myself are extremely grateful to have found this company as their services help makes the houses I sell into homes!

My parents used these guys to redo their front porch. Took a while for them to get there, but they do an outstanding job. The new steps they put in are solid and on footings. No one else offered us this option, very happy we did it. Also the flag stone re-surfacing is gorgeous! I highly recommend them to anyone. Will use them for my place when I am ready.

We had Albany redo our gutters and down spouts. Always andwered the phone when we called or called back right away, which was refreshing. They did a very nice job, they helped choose a new colour which turned out perfect. House looks very nice and we have no more leaking like we used to which is why we had them do the work.

We had our eavestrough replaced by these guys last fall and added gutter guards. Best decision we made! We also just had Albany back to rebuild our old second story deck because the wood was rotten and about to fall down. Those poor guys spent 9 hours in the freezing cold and wind to rebuild our deck and they did a great job! I will have them back again this summer to replace our front door. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Albany Building Products to anyone. Ask for Joey he's an absolute pleasurer to deal with.
