Was there today and bought 3 foot cement sills got 5 mins down the rd and realized I made a mistake so went back to exchange for 4 footers . The counter lady was great @ accommodating my needs , then the guy with the mullet loaded me .... he was annoyed with being asked to load me then proceeded to tell me that I obviously don't no what I was doin having to come back just threw them in the back and screwed off with major attitude .I've heard stories over the yrs about mullet guy in the yard from drivers and local construction they were not lying !!! This day and age because of social media customer service is key !!! Maybe time for a change out in the yard

This business doesn't back their products. I purchase thousands of dollars in stone panels for my house which didn't fit together properly. The manager and sales rep came to my residence and agreed there was a problem. They both agreed to reimburse me my money for the product installed and the rest of the order was returned to Patene. That was 3 months ago and I'm still getting the run around! I have not gotten any money back and my house remains unfinished.
